3. Flat Fees for Main Street M&A Transactions: We offer flat-fee pricing for Main Street M&A transactions involving businesses under $5 million CAD. This streamlined approach ensures that you receive expert legal advice at a fraction of the cost charged by larger firms, with no unexpected fees along the way.

4. Transaction Assurance Guarantee: We’re committed to protecting our clients. If your M&A or financing transaction falls through due to circumstances beyond your control, our Transaction Assurance Guarantee waives legal fees, excluding disbursements. You don’t have to take on all the risk.

5. 30-Day Flat Fee Guarantee: All of our flat-fee, non-transaction legal services come with a 30-Day Flat Fee Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will work with you to ensure the legal services meet your needs or adjust accordingly. If you are still not satisfied after this 30 day review period, we will waive our legal fees.

Absolutely! While we primarily operate as a virtual law firm, we recognize that some matters are best addressed in person. We offer the option to meet at our downtown office located at Suite 2500, 500 - 4th Avenue SW, Calgary, or at a meeting room in another convenient location within Calgary, Okotoks, or Cochrane, depending on your needs. Simply let us know your preferences, and we will make the necessary arrangements. For clients outside these areas, our virtual services remain an accessible and effective way to provide the legal support you need, no matter where you are located.
